Nova Roma is a volunteer organisation, building a society that functions through the active participation of our citizens (members), the incredible contributions of our magistrates (staff), and with support from our collaborative partners across the region.
For Indivduals
Whether you care to immerse yourself fully in our Roman society, practice the Religio Romana (Roman religion), or simply share your studies in ancient history, joining FREE as a Nova Roma citizen gives you unlimited access to whatever parts of our community you are interested in.

Our organisation is designed for students, academics, paganists and Roman enthusiasts. Plus, our voluntary membership fees (Roman state taxes) are only required for those seeking to participate in public office, run in elections or hold religious posts.

For Organisations
There are many diverse and fascinating classics and Roman themed groups throughout Australia and New Zealand. Nova Roma acknowledges the contributions and expertise these groups bring to the collective passion of ancient Rome.

Nova Roma seeks to network, connect and collaborate with all these groups. Our aim is to share knowledge and resources to develop integrated programs and provide a diverse course of education.
